
What is a USSSA World Series?
USSSA World Series events are often the culminating tournament for teams as they finish off their season. World Series typically consist of more than 35 teams that often represent more than a dozen states. Below is the itinerary followed by most World Series:
- Opening Ceremony
- Skills Competition
- 4-5 games of pool play
- Double Elimination bracket play
Qualifying Procedures
- All teams must participate in a USSSA State Championship
- Certain World Series may require additional USSSA tournament participation
- Contact your USSSA State Director about what World Series you wish to play in
AA World Series
USSSA Baseball announces 2009 AA World Series dates and locations. USSSA has AA World Series all over the country, ensuring your AA team numerous opportunities to play in a National Tournament. For those teams that strive for the big tournaments, AA teams are allowed to play in multiple World Series.
Other World Series
USSSA Baseball also announces the rest of their 2009 World Series dates and locations. These World Series events range from the All-Star/A class to AAA.
